Spice Girls Hen Party FAQs

Do we need to know the dances already?

Not at all! Our instructor will teach you everything from scratch. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be able to follow along and have a great time. The moves are broken down step-by-step to ensure everyone can join in.

Can we request specific Spice Girls songs?

Absolutely! While we have a tried-and-tested playlist of the Spice Girls' biggest hits, we're happy to include any special requests. Just let us know when booking if there's a particular song that's meaningful to the bride-to-be.

Should we dress up as Spice Girls?

Fancy dress is totally optional but highly encouraged! Many groups love to dress up as their favorite Spice Girl - think platform boots, Union Jack dresses, leopard print, or tracksuits. It's all about Girl Power!

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had groups ranging from 18 to 70+ all enjoying the Spice Girls together. The moves can be adapted for different fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun rather than perfection. It's a great activity for mixed-age hen parties.
