Flash Dance Hen Party FAQs

Do we need to know the dances already?

Not at all! Our instructor will teach you everything from scratch. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be able to follow along and have a great time. The moves are broken down step-by-step to ensure everyone can join in.

Will we do the water scene from the movie?

We recreate the iconic water-splash moment without actual water! You'll learn the dramatic movements and poses that made that scene so memorable. It's all the drama without getting drenched - perfect for photos!

Should we dress up in 80s workout gear?

Absolutely! Leg warmers, cut-off sweatshirts, leotards, and headbands are perfect for getting into character. The more 80s, the better! However, any comfortable workout clothes will work just fine if you prefer not to dress up.

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had groups ranging from 18 to 70+ all enjoying Flash Dance together. The moves can be adapted for different fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun rather than perfection. It's a great activity for mixed-age hen parties.
