Do we need to know the dances already?

Not at all! Our instructor will teach you everything from scratch. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be able to follow along and have a great time. The moves are broken down step-by-step to ensure everyone can join in.

Is burlesque appropriate for all comfort levels?

Absolutely! Our burlesque classes focus on empowerment and confidence, not on being overtly sexy. We teach the art of tease through suggestion and attitude. All moves can be adapted to your comfort level, and there's never any pressure to do anything you're not comfortable with.

Should we dress up in burlesque outfits?

Dressing up is optional but adds to the fun! Many groups love wearing corsets, feather boas, pearls, or vintage-inspired outfits. High heels look great but aren't essential - character shoes or jazz shoes work well too. Comfortable clothes you can move in are perfectly fine!

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had groups ranging from 18 to 70+ all enjoying Burlesque together. The moves can be adapted for different fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun rather than perfection. It's a great activity for mixed-age hen parties.
