Cheerleading Hen Party FAQs

Do we need to know the dances already?

Not at all! Our instructor will teach you everything from scratch. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be able to follow along and have a great time. The moves are broken down step-by-step to ensure everyone can join in.

Do we need to be super fit for cheerleading?

No! While cheerleading is energetic, our instructors adapt the moves for all fitness levels. We focus on fun arm motions, simple formations, and basic jumps that everyone can do. The emphasis is on team spirit and having a blast together, not athletic perfection!

Should we dress up as cheerleaders?

Absolutely! Cheerleader outfits, pom-poms, and team colors make it extra fun. Sports bras, shorts or skirts, and trainers work perfectly. We can provide pom-poms if you don't have them. Just make sure you can move comfortably for all those high kicks and jumps!

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had groups ranging from 18 to 70+ all enjoying Cheerleading together. The moves can be adapted for different fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun rather than perfection. It's a great activity for mixed-age hen parties.
