Disney Hen Party FAQs

Do we need to know the dances already?

Not at all! Our instructor will teach you everything from scratch. Even if you've never danced before, you'll be able to follow along and have a great time. The moves are broken down step-by-step to ensure everyone can join in.

Which Disney movies will we dance to?

We create a magical medley from across the Disney universe! This includes classic princess songs, modern hits from Frozen and Moana, and even some villain numbers. We can also focus on specific eras or movies if your group has favorites - just let us know!

Should we dress up as Disney characters?

Absolutely! Princess dresses, character costumes, or Disney-themed outfits make it extra magical. Tiaras, mouse ears, and fairy wings are all welcome! Just ensure you can move comfortably - perhaps wear shorts under ball gowns for those princess twirls!

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had groups ranging from 18 to 70+ all enjoying Disney together. The moves can be adapted for different fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun rather than perfection. It's a great activity for mixed-age hen parties.
